We want you to love your Zenova pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
To initiate a return, email us at support@zenovahair.store with the following:
Your order number
A photo of the items received
A brief confirmation that the item(s) are unworn, unused, and in original condition
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. You'll have 7 calendar days from the time we respond to postmark your return. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)
Return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return instructions
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to reflect in your account.
We do not accept returns on:
Items marked Final Sale
Returns sent without approval or outside the 7-day postmark window
Custom Collar + Bracelet Policy & Love It Guarantee (Additional Terms)
Because each collar and bracelet is custom-made to your specifications, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our part.

We’ll review your request promptly and do our best to make it right.
Due to the nature of topical and personal care products, we are only able to accept returns for the Zenova GrowStick that meet the following conditions:
The request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be at least 50% full and returned in its original packaging (including outer carton).
Customers must provide photo proof of the product’s condition and batch number before a return authorization is issued.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping, handling, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only one refund per household is allowed.
Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible under any circumstances, including unopened or unused items.
Zenova reserves the right to deny refund eligibility for products that appear tampered with, misused, or returned without prior authorization.
