Return Policy

We want you to love your Zenova purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


📦 Return Window

Most Zenova products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Approved prior to being sent back

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.


🔁 How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact support@zenovahair.store within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Zenova is not responsible for items lost in transit.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders are not eligible for refund due to shipping delays once an order has been processed and shipped. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.


⚠️ Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Love in Bloom™ Pop-Up Card

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Returns sent without approval or outside the 14-day window

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Zenova reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and make it right.
